The World Trade Center Transportation Hub opened in March 2016. Santiago Calatrava designed it, and it cost about four billion dollars, the most ever spent on a train station. Its ribs form a skylight 355 feet long that opens each September 11. It connects the PATH trains to the subway and the towers of the rebuilt site.
